D16z6 with 98 ex tranny

Hi i own a 1994 honda civic hatch recently finished swap have dx tranny from 95 civic and 98 ex tranny. Sometimes when i drive the clutch is different then prior days same days grabs good sometimes takes longer does anyone know what is th issues everything is new from dealer can anyone help ?

Ive done that got new cluth and new flywheel everything on the clutch line is new.
