d17 factory wideband 02 options? help

I have a 04 civic ex that needs the upstream 400 dollar 02 replaced. I'm trying to find out if i can get a AEM wideband 02 to work with my setup or any other brand anything cheaper. and if it would work would I use the output on the AEM gauge to the ecu? any help would be great.
 
look around online... you can get a direct replacement O2 sensor for under $200
 
find the part number. you can then liekly find a comparable bosch/similar unit at autozone for 150 or less.
