OKay i have a 92 hatch with a B16A in it. It has a P28 ecu and i have a Magnaflow CAT along with 2 and 1/4 piping with a custom muffler and tip! My car can't seem to pass emissions. Now i have the stock B16A computer, should i put that back or will it not make a difference. Can anyone shed some light on what i need to pass emissions... thanks in advance!

generally the chipped P28s run STUPIDLY rich (like 11:1 AF ratios)
put the stock B16 ECU in there and try that
then after you pass leave it in there cuz you are losing power with the stupidly rich fuel map
