Dash/tail lights not working

I have a 90 civic SI and my fuse for the tail/dash lights keeps blowing out. i have searched for a loose ground and for a positive wire that might be hitting the frame. i was wondering what else i should look for or check so that i can get me lights back on.

i ohmed all the wires from the fuse box all the way to the tag lights and found the housing for the tag light bulb was messed up which caused a short in the whole system. replaces houseing and and tested all the wires agian and it fixed the problem.

Check your fuses as well just to make sure for future problems.
