Donor car is a '95 Integra GSR. Receiving car is a '93 Civic Si coupe. I want to know how much of the Integra will swap over to the Civic. So far I know the GSR and Si/EX use the same knuckles which accept the GSR brakes. I also get to use the GSR front and rear sway bars, under hood strut bar and rear trailing arms with disc brakes. Can I use the front subframe off the Integra? It has a stabilizer bar running parallel with the steering rack that isn't on the Civic. Some say the Integra steering rack will have a closer ratio too. Can I use the upper & lower control arms aswell? The Civic will also be receiving the GSR motor if that helps.
Some people online said they have done the subframe swap and its a direct replacement. You have to use Si/EX knuckles and LCAs or all Integra parts, DX Civic stuff won't work. Only one way to find out for sure!
