So I'm looking for a decent iPhone app that will allow me to monitor my Minecraft sever on the go.

CPU/memory/disk usage, running processes, ping response, network usage, etc.

Something like an iOS client that listens to a Cacti installation would be good, but I'd love to see something that uses SSH and pulls its own data straight from /proc. I'm willing to install any server side stuff that the client may need to pull data from.

    Anyone use anything similar?
