remove the Idle air control valve (IACV) its located on the back of your intake manifold, its held on by 3 bolts and has 2 hoses that connect to it. completely remove it from your car. Get some seafoam or some carb cleaner and spray it into the two holes that are in it. let it sit for a 5 mins then turn it over and dump the cleaner out, repeat the process until the cleaner comes out clear. The one hole has a small screen in it. Make sure the screen is clear before reinstalling the IACV. Also let the IACV dry for a hour before reinstalling it. If that doesn't solve your problem adjust you idle adjustment screw, turn it in a quarter turn.
