Hey guys, I just currently got a request to build a brand new computer from scratch. I was wondering if people wanted to document it, detailed with steps and pictures. It seemed like a lot of people are taking interest into building their own and dont know here to start.

Let me know before tomorrow afternoon when I start the build. If enough people 4-5 would like me to, I will do it. If not, that I wont waste my time with the write up and picture taking.

    Here's my how-to on building a computer:

    1. Buy all the parts
    2. Shove everything together where it fits

That's really all there is to it these days- it's all color coded and physically keyed.

You have to do that regardless- I wouldn't ever run the OEM OS load on a store bought PC. I always nuke it. :)
