de'wiring an automatic

i swap my auto for 5 speed.... i didnt change the ecu yet but after i do can all the wires that went to the auto shifter be riped out?? or do i still have to keep them to get the car started??

You can take them out but it would be a pain.

Just leave em in, they don't really weigh much and you should be able to hide it if you're keeping you're stock interior.

o ok will i still need to have them wired to "park" for the car to run??

no if you unplug the keylock solinoid located right by the ignition switch.
