F22/F23 motors are single cam, and they come in both VTEC and non-VTEC versions. The H23 is dual cam, but no VTEC. The H22 is dual cam, and VTEC. They all mount the same way and you can swap transmissions between any of them.
The S2000 motor is also an F22, but it's completely different then any other F/H motors, and cannot easily be swapped into any other Honda chassis.
Well, kinda. The H22 has way more horsepower than any of the F-series motors, but it's also got quite a bit more horsepower than the H23 as well.
As for torque, they all have quite a bit actually (and when I say quite a bit, I mean quite a bit in Honda terms, which may not seem like all that much). The H22 makes 160 ft/lbs, but even the lowliest F22 makes about 140 ft/lbs, which is more than any stock B-series motor. The Accords and Preludes are heavier than the Civics and Accords, so they need that extra torque to get them moving.
There are some bastards in there. The F20C/F22C are the S2000 motors and aren't readily interchangeable(they're more similar to the K-series). The F20B is similar to the H22A Type-S, difference being pistons and shorter stroke.
There are also some guys doing hybrids with F22 or F23 blocks and H23 heads. Those things are putting down some power too!
Also, the highest N/A horsepower extracted out of them I believe is Bisi, at +430whp right now(F22A), which shows the SOHCs have some potential.
