Distributor help

If i were to change the distributor on my 89 honda crx would i be able to just take off the old distributor and replace it with another that was off of my other crx.

Yes, if both are the same.

So i wouldn't have to worry about the timing or anything i could just swap them? Yes they are the same distributor.

You will have to re-time the distributor, unless you can mark the mounting points on the block and align it perfectly.
