I was told that this is to an obd1 vtec single cam but the thing is that at any time only 2 of the bolts will line up, so can someone tell me if I have the right one or what. I want to get this engine in and running but this is holding me up

yeah i can help. are there any OEM part numbers on it? what year, make and model is your car exactly? i hae a program that gives me all the OEM numbers according to year make and model. i can see what the correct numbers are for your engine and list them here for you
