dizzy wiring

Ok after doing my first motor swap in my 2000 ex that i put a b18b in i have a few questions. Got the wiring done but the engine that i bought had a 9 pin connector(jdm motor) and the civic one had 8 pin connector. So my question being is what is the blue wire for?
on the integra dizzy. Please get back to me and my speedometer dosnt work any answers for that

The blue wire should be for your tachometer.

ok after doing my first swap i had idleing problems. i found out that it was a vacuum leak it was the new throttle body gasket that i bought from honda. i made a new one and it runs fine now. my next question is what my speedometer doesnt work. i have it plugged in and the fuses are not blown could anybody help me out? please get back to me soon
