You got him bad on character defamation. bad owner...bad...

sue him for the money he owes you, and then pay it all to your lawyer and feel...semi better.

:withstupid: unfortunately he can't sue unless he can prove that he was 100% hired, if he was going to collect under the table he's s.o.l. sorry to here that though, i guess it was swap practice.
