I want to buy something from this guy but i see that hes pretty new here and i dont want to get ripped, so i was wondering if anyone has ever purchased anything from him or knows him personally?

Give him a PM and ask for his phone #. Talk to him and ask him to take a picture of the part with a copy of the local paper in front so you know it is Him posting the pic and he really does have parts.
