Does this oil return setup look ok? Or should i run a 45* fitting off the turbo?

it looks ok except for the fact that it has that 90 degree bend. It's a gravity line so I would go with the 45 like you stated before.

OK i'll put a 45 off the turbo, Is it ok to have a 90 on the pan? Becuase a 45 on each side is going to make the return longer and have a more hoop flow.

90 inst the pan is ok, but not ideal... try a 60? the thing is its all gravity, so you don't want it to "go flat" or "go uphill". you want to be able to flow nice and easy into the pan.

I'd put a 45 off the turbo. And a straight fitting at the pan end of the line, if you can get the elbow on the pan, to point more towards the turbo drain. That might give youa good downhill, all the way to the elbow in the pan...(can't really tell how you are getting into the pan, from the photo...)
