Has anyone even had a hard time putting the nuts on ARP studs? Well i know i have and i thought of a easy, way to make it a lot easier. I have dropped the nuts in there on their sides many of times and took me forever to get them back out cause there is such little room.


What to use:

Good pencil magnet!





Align the nut to the magnet "centered" with the top of the nut as in the picture.


Then apply your moly lube


Then install.. Just use the magnet to start the nut on the stud and you should be able get it snug.

thats the same thing i had to do when i put my head studs in but i used the magnet that you put in side the socket witch worked grate
 
Thats a good idea, I just put the nut on a screw driver, placed the nut on the top of the stud, lubed it and let it drop....works if you don't have a magnet handy
