ok i think i know someone with a hoist and hes an experienced mechanic. do i need to get a shiftlinkage and some new axels or does that site offer them and do i need them?

As i said, i dont think you need them. Im quite sure the old axles fit perfectly. Also the shift linkage is in the same position, so that is not a problem either.
Okay, i just checked at oreilly. the axles have the same part number, so youre good to go with those.
