As i was in the fixing mood, I decided I would finally fix my dome light on my 98 Civic Lx. However, i feel like an idiot because I can't. So the light terns on, when I tern it to the on position. And it terns off when I tern it off, but the door position is what is not working. It doesn't work on any of the doors. So I figred it has to be a sensor problem, but I don't know where the sensor is. Can anyone shine some light for me?

There should be a small door pin on the pillar where the door latches to. Keep one door open and one closed with it in the door position. Press the switch, if it goes off move to another door and retest. If it doesnt go off you have defective door pins.
