I bought a eclipse double din gps. I installed it in my car. I have a 04 civic LX. I bought the in dash adapter kit, i had to cut it up because it was only for a head unit and had a pocket on the bottom. I have it in the dash and there is a small gap around the unit (slightly smaller than half an inch. Anyone have any suggestions? How to fill it? It didn't come with a trim kit.

he is right you can use abs plastic and you can buy it at any audio install shop. or you can use some black speaker box carpet and put it around the inside. either way will work and will look good. if your really into making it perfect you can make a fiberglass trim piece for it but that is really someone with fiberglass experience should be doin it for ya.
