clayton....finally sumting i can help u with.......get her a nikon slr d-50.....i use that on my photoshoots.....excellent camera......very clear and its digital!!!! ill post sum pics of my work......best camera imo

No offense, but your composition sucks. those shots leave little to be desired in my opinion...

And to Clayton, Like I've mentioned before, I highly recommend the Digital rebel body. the glass is what matters most. That "kit" is okay but I recommend getting a CF card over the microdrive - they're more reliable and a little bit faster (writing speed).

Also, another lense to look at that is very cheap is the Canon or Sigma 50mm f/1.8 Its a great walk around lense and can be had for 65 bucks or so.

I'm with bob, if you want a cheap nice lens, grab a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8. It has beautiful bokeh (background blur) and the larger aperature is great in low light.
