This footage is getting hard to find. I'm finding a block at most international news sites for it.
But it needs to be seen - And not by all.
Here is a quick thing about what happened in the Iraqi prisons.
Muslim extremists don't care about dying. You can't threaten them. You can't use harmful tortures with them, and they crave honorable death like you and I might crave a B18C5.
But Humilitation is something worse to them. Showing them your shoe, having them naked, it's worse to them than pain and torture. And better for us, because we really dont' like killing people.
Also, you need to remember that the terrorist that committed this act is NOT iraqi, and it is not a response from Iraqi militants. He is working in conjunction, and in Iraq to further his own anti-christian (and thus, anti-american) agenda. He is actually Jordanian.
And Jordan does things differently. Differently than even the worst criminals in Iraq and Afghanistan. This guy is small, and under-powered to not be a big threat, but what goes on in his mind is more terrible than even Hitler.
And many more will be making shows like this. It's important to remember that this is NOT an Iraqi war thing. This is mindless, animalistic brutality to make people fear him so that he can gain a personal foothold in world activity.

I would like to point you in the direction of Post WWII Germany, and the History Channel's latest runnings of their documentaries. They raise a very good point, in relation to our current dealings with the Middle East.
When we won WWII, Nazi Insurgency was actively fighting for 15 years after the official surrender. War NEVER ends. God, we still have anti-american sentiments in England from the Revolution. Shit, we have Southerners all bent out of shape about the Civil War ! Even today, NeoNazi and the actual NAZI party is alive and kicking - And continously plotting some sort of Reich return.
In our dealings in the Middle East we will see the faces of a lot of these Ticks. And they are like Ticks, piggy-backing themselves in the action just to push their own unique agenda.
Croatian wars, conflicts in the Balkans - We did the same thing. Fighting there was punctuated by the marriage of American meddling (Thanks Clinton). And we STILL have interests posted there !
I'm not trying to push any kind of my own opinions, but I do strongly feel that now more than ever we need to support a war on Terror. After the big guys are down (Bin laden, down (but not out.. yeah), Saddam Down.. ) We'll be performing a trickle-down eradication of Terrorists that WILL make a difference on the free passage of innocent human beings around the globe.
No longer should anyone feel threatened to travel because of what their government does. No longer should an employee - Someone like Berg who was trying to earn a living and help a liberated people - EVER be held against his will again.
Now people ask why we are in Iraq - Soon I expect we will be in Sudan, Syria, Iran and now Jordan.. .And when you ask "Why are we there because of something that Al Quaida did" you can remember that we aren't attacking Afghanistan. We aren't attacking Iraq. We are attacking terrorist regimes that threaten us, and our fellow human beings.

yah, i posted in the other iraq forum, about war being war and shit...but this footage was just wrong in so many ways. when i first heard about this, i thought they just cut off his head...i didnt know that they slowly gruesomely sawed his head off. Imagine being still alive, while your head is slowly being cut off...oh man...RIP.
just saw the footage, dunno why i wanted to watch it really. human nature is a fucked up thing.
i reckon the guy would have probably died from shock before they had finshed cutting his head off, from what i have read and seen about executions alot of people die instantly from the shock of the trauma enflicted upon them rather than the actual trauma
in his case i hope this was so.
war is war theres nothing right or wrong there are people like this all over the world in every country some just choose to murder in private behind closed doors away from the spotlight.
its human nature in a very basic babaric way, thankfully most people have evolved and suppressed such ways but there will always be people who havent, and this is why there will never be complete peace and will always be war. in every war there is born a new hatred towards someone ready to fuel the next one.
it will never stop as long as there some who wants to be in charge and have the power to say whats right and wrong

i'm curious, but i won't watch it, i'd feel too disrespectful towards his family. his father said he wished the details weren't made public. i heard that he makes the most ungodly noises, and that alone is enough to make me vomit. my heart goes out to his family.

That's what I said, but thinking about it more and more, it almost makes sense. It would be very angering to think that this was done by American government to fuel a faultering war effort. Now, usually I am one to give our leaders the benefit of the doubt, so getting some of this dismissed would be good.
