dust cover on transmission?

i put the tranny onto the motor last night and when i lift it up i can see the flywheel. do i need to get the cover or no? theres i big gap on the bottom of the tranny where it meets the motor.

Get the cover. You don't want rocks and stuff getting thrown into the clutch.

i dotn run one and have never had a problem and i drive on a reavel road every day on the way home but it is up to you

my friend thought it would be ok to not have that cover...till a plastic bag got caught and spun up in and melted...but if you like that kind of shyt, then forget about the cover
