I hate to admit this but...when i said earlier in the thread that plugs, wires, cap, and rotor had been replaced already, i was wrong. I did it on my accord and thought it was my civic, so the parts under the hood were all factory honda parts. I felt like the biggest dumbshit on the planet when i realized what happened. Bought new parts slapped em in runs like new.

I figured it out when 99si told me to crank the car and pull a plug to see if its getting fuel.
