easier swap?

i have a dumb question bout a swap
which would be easier and more effiecient the dohc zc swap or a b16a swap into my 1989 crx ?

well there both easy but the zc will be just slightly easier. on a scale of 1-5 the zc is a 1 and the b16 is 1 1/2 lol. i think you would like the b16a more

well the whole factor of my budget would be a differnt story i looked into the b16 andi like it but my wallet doesnt and another question i would have to get a diff tranny for the zc, i cudnt use my d16 tranny right?

yea i think you can use your stock tranny for the zc search around a bit first though to make sure and if you get a b16a obdo swap i think the full swap with tranny is like 1100 bucks

Add at least $500 to any B-Series swap for the wiring, axles, shift linkage, and mounts.

I'm not a big fan of B16 swaps, they're too much hype.

what do you think would be a better swap for him?

i have always wanted to do a B20 then later on do a head swap

i agree the b16 is overrated,,for around the same price(if not cheaper) you can swap an ls and have the option of running lsvtec,but thats just my .02
