does anyone know if you can dispute negative feedback?
i bid on an original saleen sales brochure for my pusstang friend as an xmas present
paid on 12/5, then got an email re: sales tax and paid that on 12/6
a week and a half later i emailed asking what was going on and they claimed it was sent, waited a couple more days and replied that this was far too long in the mail...
they told me it must be the post office because they mailed it on 12/5 which would be a day before they received my payment in full...
so i called them on their BS and they refunded my money, i left them negative feedback and they in turn did the same to me even though i paid promptly and waited patiently...
any suggestions?
