    not that im a huge star wars fan, but i just found it impressive. the model itself is amazing i cant even imagine building something like that.

    the fact that its going for 25k is even more amazing :p

    Oh, don't get me wrong, Legos were, are and always will be the shit! But 25k? Come on!! At least it is all going to charity, so that's cool.

    At one of the malls here at the Lego Store, they have a lifesized Hagrid, Hermoine and Ron from Harry Potter. Pretty cool.

    if they were smart they'd publish a book containing the instructions on how to build it. You'd have to supply your own pieces though.

    That's kind of like building a really nice car, then telling everyone how to build it. I wouldn't publish the book. Hell, there probably aren't even any solid instructions on how to put it together- I'm sure the builder was making all kinds of adjustments on the fly.
