ebay stuff worth it?

I have a B18B1 from a 94 Teg. Due to the incident with the car, I have to have to block bored. (little rusty cause I waited to long to tear it down). It's going in a 94 Del Sol.

So anywho, I need to fully rebuild it, i.e., pistons, rings, bearings, ect.

I'd seen some kits on ebay and was wandering if these are any good. it has slugs, rings, brngs, oil pump, belt and tensioner. for $246 or ???

Link to the ebay item?? Make of the stuff?? If it doesn't say what make the produt is I wouldn't get it or ask for it. If it does I'd do some research on the product before buying it. Its called making an informed purchase.
