echo in valve cover

i open up the oil cap when my car is running and my valve cover has an echo vibrant noise coming out of it...

anyone had this issue? or know whats going on?

please give me some feedback. thanks!

also, is a 2000 civic si with a jdm b16 engine, b16a2 head..

i thought maybe my headgasket had gone bad hense the fact it leaks a tiny squirt on the side...

if you can't hear anything wrong from the engine it self why would you think there is an issue

Yeah all cars make that noise. When you remove the cap its like a big PCV valve, your hearing the pressure escape, not to mention getting sprayed with oil.
