ecu 2 plugs

I have a 96 civic hb with a 97 gsr p72 my plugs where the ecu is there are only 2 there is suppost to be 3 correct and i am throwing a code the engine light stays on all the time I cant get it to throw me a code can anybody help mefix my problem

i would say follow the other two plug back through the firewall and see if you can find the other one. there are 3 plugs on an OBD2 system. i dont know what could make your 3rd plug disappear, but you probably have a CEL because of it.

yeah I have a cellhow about in a obd 1 is there 3 plugs also
