OK, This is the story, i'm gettin an OBD2 type-r motor put into my 93 obd1 Civic CX Hatch and my car has no kind of pre wires for vtec so the kid doing the swap suggested i sell the ECU that comes with the motor and get a P28, which he says he can get for $250??? Does that price sound right and how much should i sell the Type-R ECU for???? or should i sell it at all. The kat doing the swap also says i should get the P28 because its alot less trouble and he said something about changing the distributor and a bunch of check engine lights if i use the Type-R ECU but anyway i would appreciate any type of help on this topic.
