perhaps the ecu is messed up? try swaping it with a known good ecu and see what happens.

does your PM7 have an external ROM? Look and see if you have a 28 pin chip labeled "38256"

This is a fixable problem probably, and if I had to guess, that PM7 is of european not JDM origin.

the pm7 is internal rom
only the pg6 and pm4 have external rom!

ive got a pm7 i sell you for 50 or trade for a pg6

again to be more clearly.
it's a civic 91 with a zc swap using a pm7 ecu.
i think their is a wiring fault are so, because we had to swap 4 cables the color didn't match.

hg civic, you are wrong. PM7 came in both internal and external ROM versions.

Calvin, is your ECU of European or Japanese origin? What are ALL the numbers on the labels on it? What is the number printed on the 38256 / 83C154 Chip?
