Ecu On A Crx

anyone know where the ecu is located on a 91 CRX si?

under a steel plate, under the carpet, pass. side floorboard. pull up the carpet, and you will see a big-ass metal plate.. take the 10mm bolts out, and there it is

And please take out the plugs to the batery before you disconnect it just incase you won't burn it and do the same when you connet it ....

If you get an AEM EMS will it replace the stock ECU...like in the same spot under the pass side carpet?
