im running a P28 on mine with no problems
i would HIGHLY recomend you get something to tune with though hondata is very good, at very least get a VAFC
most chips run VERY rich, this not only means you get shit for gas milage, you also are losing power
hondata sells a P28 all set to hook up to their piggy back system... if you plan to run a hondata id suggest getting their P28 as well
if you get a P30 just adjust your fuel maps and VTEC engagement
setting VTEC at 4400 is way too low (you will lose mid range)
a 10K rev limiter is good for nothing other than blowing your engine
a JDM B18C/R makes its peak power around 7900-8100
reving higher than that on a stock engine will do absolutly nothing for you
by "stock engine" i dont mean bolt ons and shit i mean cams, springs, retainers, pistons, rods, sleeves, valves, etc....
get whatever ECU you end up getting
get whatever tuning unit you end up getting
then get your ass to a dyno and tune it all properly
