ECU problem ZC in Si

Okay, I rewired my ignition from the http://www.zcspeed.com/SiZCwiring.pdf
I think I have a short somewhere because my fuel injection is not turning on. Inputs and outputs are okay, but I have only 1.5V coming out of the computer. Help, have I damaged my ECU?

do you have the ground wires from the engine harness at the thermostat housing connected?

I double checked, ground to thermostat housing okay...injectors still not turning on.

Have you checked to see if your main relay is working correctly.
