ok im doing a b16 swap in to my 2000 honda civic ex i was wondering if i could use a p72 ecu?

i wouldnt recommend it.

id recommend getting a p30 if you go obd1. the p72 can be reprogrammed (if its obd1) and you can use it that way, but if its stock, your car isnt gonna run right.

there is a obd1 and obd 2 p72. if your car is converted to obd1 use the p30 or p72 . not much of a difference.

i have question that PR4 converted to a p28,(done by a pro tuner shop)its an obd1 ecu would be good for jdm b16 engine?
and which racing chip would be good?
"SPOON SPORTS" VTEC:5500 REDLINE 9100.
"SKUNK 2" VTEC:5000 REDLINE 8800.
"MUGEN" VTEC 4400 REDLINE 10,000!

None of those chips would be 'good'. Get a chip that has a stock JDM P30 map on it and it will run like it should. All of those chips will run rich and probably make less power than a stock map will.
