Is it possible to use a p28 ecu on a gsr motor. What are the effects.

possible yes, just remember it is made for a sohc vtec your going to have to look up the fuel mapping for it it might be too lean for you

fuel maps will be wrong. it can be chipped to run it perfectly.

it does not support knock sensors nor iab control.

in other words, run the p72 unless you swap your intake manifold for a skun2 or other without iab, and the p28 is chipped, and you have at least a vafc to fine tune to generic chip

iab's can be enabled fairly easily on a p28

Hey guys, I'm doing the p06 (11F0) conversion to VTEC. Can I just use parts from my extra pm5 that's laying around, or do I have to buy the kit?.
