I read all the post and didnt really see anything that would help me, I have a 96 Civic EX (P2P) ECU, My car was a non vtec automatic converted to manual Integra,Everyone tells me I cant use my harness at all for the vtec part because it is an automatic harness, I am told I have to wire the vtec directly to my ECU, Does anyone know what the pin locations are for the vtec on The P2P ecu, the motor is a B17A with 96 Civic Ex (P2P) ECU( I got ECU for free). Any help or link would help.
Thanks ALOT

you are using the entirely wrong ecu for that motor.

what ou want to do is find an obd2 b-series dohc vtec ecu. but you can't use a teg one, because you will throw an IAB code. so that sucks. and you can't use a 99-00 civic si, cuz that is obd2b.
if you can find a 96-97 dohc del sol vtec ecu, you are golden.
if not, consider chipping a p28 and running an onb2->1 converter harness in your car.
