Ef b18 trouble running

Ok guys I'm am new to the honda scene and new to the fourm I recently picked up a ef civic that had been swapped to b18 obd0. When I first got the car after it had been siting for almost 2 years I changed out all fluids got the car running and ran fine I was looking at the motor noticed the . side of the block where the mount goes was tore out and nothing holding that side in so I got anther b18 swapped it out pluged everything up the way up saw I start it up and idles at about 1500 rpm i give it gas and it wants to die can't give any gas at all or will die I was getting a 6 and 10 blink on pcm I go out today the pcm stays lit up and doesn't go off

I have a pm7 now and that one is fine but still same problem

Are you positive the new engine is obd0 also?
