EF: ITR Rear LCA Questions

Ok so I am about to buy some ITR rear LCAs with a coilover setup. It is a screaming deal on a set of Tein HAs, but part of the deal is ITR rear LCAs. My questions are as follows;
I understand that the ITR rear LCAs will fit, however are they are direct replacement?
Will my stock sway bar on my 1989 Civic DX Hatch still fit on ITR LCAs?
Or will I need an ITR rear sway bar?
Will I need ITR or Civic coilovers after I change out my LCAs?
Is it really worth changing out the rear LCAs, or is just a waste of my time?
