EF ls swap question!?

My 90 Si hatch with a B18B1, is throwing the map sensor CEL...my stock map sensor has been taken off the firewall or im blind...but my swap has a map sensor on the TB but i dont see anywhere on the engine harness to plug in there? It will start and stay running as long as ur giving it gas but when u stop it cuts off, is this because of the map sensor or do i have other problems?

is the map sensor on the tb plugged in? if not then the plug you are looking for isn't on the engine harness, it breaks out around the passenger shock tower/ fusebox, its a 3 pin plug with a green/white, white and yellow/red wires
