EG/EK door handle on EF?

Hey guys I just bought a 1990 Honda Civic Hatch DX. The door handles do not have the locks in them and I was trying to figure out what might be a quick fix or more practical.
1. I like the door handles on the EG/EK and I was wondering if maybe I would be able to get a rear door handle from a 4 door model and replace them. Would this be a direct swap or would there need to be some modification done?
2. Just simply replace the locks. I called up a Honda dealership and they gave me a crazy high price. Could I just get a new set from a locksmith or is there another route to go?

find a parts car,and buy the handles/locks.if ya want the ignition to be same key buy that to.

There will be modifications to the door to get them to fit. Expect to pay big for it. Just stick with what you got.
