bought motor off ebay its a 95 b18 with a b16 head obx itbs cams 310 injectors adj regulator etc. i have wired in the vtech put a 255lh walbro and ran my fuel at 40 psi idle.the ecu is supposedely mapped etc for the engine.it runs rich at idle and is fouling plugs sometimes it runs like a raped goat others it stumbles it is blowing through fuel.what do i do i want it to run right....should i take it to the tuner or is there something i might have missed?
