well, just goes to show that the people do have the power.
hopefully they get what they want.

    otherwise, it will never end.

    yes,
    but its ok. we understand.
its a known side affect to laugh at things of that nature with such a severe case of latent homosexuality.

    its cool. ;)

So there is rioting in Egypt and they shut off the internet to contain the revolt.

Is it any wonder our government wants its president to have an internet “kill switch” for emergencies?

yeah, i dont think that would work over here.
we have enough technology around us that we would still find a way to continue contact with everybody.

hackers will have constant hard ons for weeks.
plus, our military has to have some kind of internet available to communicate, they have become dependent on it.
we'll just hack into that shit.

My neighbors are both from egypt. Two brothers. I just went and spoke with them... they said they are trying to overthrow the president. I told them that I would pray for their family & friends who still live there, even though I am Christian and not muslim.

Its funny how close all this feels when you live in nyc. A turkish guy at my gym said it felt like the end of the world when they had that massive earthquake a few months ago.

What is the goal of the revolutionaries? Is it to kick out the current guy and install some radical muslim like Ahmedinijad?

If it is I hope they fail.

Kick out the president who's been there forever.

It's not a Muslim thing; pulled this from Wiki:
