Basically I'm trying to find an ek and saw one I'm gonna try and look at this weekend. Long story short I went from Hondas to a year long stint with Volkswagens  (peer pressure from friends, they all have mk1's and mk2's so I had a full garage of mk2 parts I had access too) but that car is getting too much to repair. On the car though I spent the entire winter rebuilding a set of BBS RS and after getting rid of the VW, I'm keeping the wheels.

The offset I'm not positive of but it wasn't aggressive. But the specs are 15x7.5 in the front and 15x8 rear, 1" lip front and 2" lip rears.

So I want to put these on an ek when I do eventually find one, they're too nice of wheels and I worked very hard on rebuilding them to see them go. I hear plenty about rolling fenders but don't see too many picture results with fitted wheels or wheel sizes with rolled fenders etc.

Before I rant longer; how much clearance could rolling fenders warrant to be able to fit 7.5" wide wheels in the front and 8" in the back? I don't plan on eating the ground but definitely have a good stance when lowering, and again I'm not positive on the offset but I know it's close to a stock offset.

All depends on offset- the rear fenders have less clearance than the fronts, but that only becomes an issue when you go larger than 8 inches wide. You can probably fit a +35 without too much trouble, given some clean fender rolling (no pulling) and even fitting 225/45 tires.

Yeah I forgot to mention I have 195/50's on the wheels. I'm gonna try and find out what the offset is exactly for future and present reference.

Find out- it's extremely important... and those tires are a little too skinny for those wheels. You really should be running 205/50 at the very minimum; 225/45 would be the best fitment and give you tons of rubber on the road.

Keep in mind I went to VW for a little bit because stance to me is what I'm really into. If the car looks good at a certain height with certain wheels than I can't ask for more. I don't have the time or money to make a super fast civic, but I do have the time to make it look how I want so wheels and fitment tickle my fancy. I can't classify myself as a stance addict VW kid or a tuner Honda kid, I'm comfortable sitting in the middle appreciating both worlds.

The 195/50's don't stretch too bad on my wheels, very minimal stretch on the rear, almost none on the front. I'm still researching the offset, just picked the sedan up last saturday. One owner, and basically mint.

Lowering a car is fine by me of course, but why can't stance whores just fix the camber and NOT stretch their tores? That's my gripe. It's counter productive, and dangerous.

I just took them off my car I sold but haven't had a chance to measure the offset myself. The RS's are redrills to 4x100 and, of course, the new holes eliminated the offset number stamp on each wheel, so I have to manually measure.

And trust me, I don't like stretch. When I first put my tires on I got a lot of flaming about stretch UNTIL they were on the wheels, hardly any stretch at all, basically none on the front wheels. The cars my daily and I drive about 35-40 minutes to work so I can't be running stretch for that even if I wanted to. I'll keep posted here.

Wow. You're going to have to run some serious negative camber and flare the hell out of your fenders.
