Item Description:

Very RARE steering cover with optional light from a JDM EK Honda Civic
Will fit all 96-00 Honda Civics (USDM cars need to notch the turn signal hole since it's reversed on JDM cars.)
Cover is in good condition with some minor scratches and 1 broken clip

Wait, if that's JDM, how come the light was on the right? Wouldn't it be on the left?

It's definately JDM.. I guess it is supposed to be on the right..
