Ek3 civic swap to f20b

Please let there be some1 who can help me no one in ireland seems to no anything! lol...

I am currently completing a swap from 1.5 vtec ek3 civic to an f20b and have come across a problem running the f20b ecu it seems to be not revving out right, but when i try my old ecu it works fine have u any ideas what it could be? I thought it could be the knock sensor but i changd that and it is still the same!!!! I have done the IAVC and that is not the problem either, not getting any codes from f20b ecu, but i am gettin IAVC with the 1.5 ecu.

F20B is nearly IDENTICAL to the H22. same weight, but higher horsepower, and less torque. Why not go with a H22A which has a lot more aftermarket parts as well as people with swap/install experience? Plus MORE TORQUE! Yo.

Because the H22 has CRF Sleeves and the f20B is a boost monster out of the box
