i read that for the swap of an h22a1 into an 89 civic HB, the power steerig has to be removed..i was wondering if the new electric power steering could be placed in the engine bay instead of the hydraulic steering..

you have to use a 2004 Acura RL Electric Power Steering,
j/k you can't plus you would have to wire it and all and obd0 and blah, not worth it
power steering isn't all that great, especially with an h22a, what do you wanna kill your self?
