whining/ Buzzing is caused by a bad ground in the audio ground. Its rarely present when only a cd player is installed. Its common when amplifing to the highs and mids. The noise you hear is the alternator/ engine noise.

take the deck out. remove the ground and clean it up. If its hooked up to the harness, it prolly is. Disconnect and ground it directly to the chassis by securing it with a o ring.

what brand cd player is it? ohh and cd cleaners dont do shit, waste of money.

cheap cd players do funny things you know............
