Energy Suspension bushing sets

Kind of a silly question, but I'd like to ask before I order.

I'm looking at Lightning Motorsports, are these sets for both sides like the Prothane bushings? Specifically the rear LCA and strut bushing sets. That way I don't end up with more than I need right now.

All ES bushing are 2 or even 3 piece bushings that replace the OEm setup, so you might be seeing double or even triple of what replaces a solid piece. does that make sense?
